Digital Marketing Challenge

Before partnering with Top4, Thorndale had no internal marketing expertise, relying on a few staff with only basic social media knowledge. With four new SDA villas opening in a Western Sydney market facing significant accommodation oversupply, the organisation needed to fill vacancies fast while also maintaining steady enquiry flow across its existing homes. On top of this, Thorndale needed to stay visible in the community even while at capacity, to ensure their brand remained front-of-mind for future enquiries.

Our Digital Marketing Solution

We added Thorndale to the Top4 Local Platform to boost local SEO visibility, then conducted full market research to understand the SDA landscape and target audience. We designed and built dedicated landing pages for each of the four new SDA villas, improved on-page SEO across the website, and optimised their Google Business Profile with regular updates. We also took over Facebook and Instagram, managing content strategy, design, and posting to build brand visibility and engagement across Western Sydney.
